Activities for 2011/12 will include a series of festivals organised by the SSCO and supported by Bulwell Academy Sports leaders from year 9, 10 and 11.

A Sports leaders UK Young Leaders award is also delivered to Year 5 and 6 to support the delivery of lunchtime activities to younger year groups, helping to provide a more structured approach to lunchtime activity.

Access to Activities (A2A)

Access to Activities (A2A) Funding is available to all schools to provide an additional range of activities. Bulwell EAZ will manage the monitoring of activities. The funding will be used to encourage vulnerable groups of children and young people to access more activities. The activities include free breakfast clubs, after school, holiday and weekend activities. This funding is part of a government disadvantaged subsidy. 023.JPG
